  • TESTIMONIALS

I found Gina during a time when I was experiencing muscle injuries significant enough that I moved only when necessary. It was hurting to even walk! I was gaining weight, and physical therapy wasn’t helping.

Gina meticulously assessed my muscle function, and designed a program that helped me regain my mobility within several months. Gina’s knowledge, understanding of the body, acute observation, and flexibility to change course during a workout if I was struggling is that of a professional. I left each and every workout feeling so good in my body.

Gina inspired me to get moving daily again, and I continue to make progress. I’m so grateful to her, she really saved me!

Throughout the session, I felt liberated, as it allowed me to unravel pent-up thoughts and emotions. Gina fostered a nurturing, uplifting ambiance, seamlessly blending tranquility with vitality.

  • Thank you so much for guiding me through my first dance church experience! I really loved it.With unassuming grace, Gina guided my first dance church session and instilled in the class a sense of acceptance, openess and community. Dance ability had nothing to do with the experience at dance church. It was all about getting out of your head and into your body. I loved the movement and made major connections within myself as the session closed. I I definitely plan to return. GREAT WORK GINA!
